removing "ALL DAY" from left hand side when printing

How do I get rid of the words ALL DAY that appear on the left hand side when
printing in Calendar Detail Style?

Which version of outlook? If 2007, try using the calendar printing
assistant, for older versions try one of the other utilities here:
