Removing an entry from Junk Mail

Is there a way to determine for what reason a mail was filtered under the
junk mail rule and then REMOVING that from the junk mail rule?

I accidentally assigned an email I WANT as junk mail and would like to be
able to "undo" that entry.

Which version of Outlook? It makes a difference where to go to remove the
name.
