Removing App from Outlook 2007

I am trying to remove the PlanPlus options from my menu items. I have
already removed the software but it is still in outlook. does anyone have a
workaround or way to remove without reinstalling outlook again? TIA

You did clear temp files & reboot after uninstalling?
Check your add ins within Outlook - Tools, Trust Centre

It appears to be hard coded into the Exchange store, if using Exchange, or
the .pst if using a .pst.

Very annoying. However, the OP should check with the Franklin-Covey site
support forums or help files.
