Removing Custom Fields/Outline Codes

How do I get remove/delete Custom Fields and Outline Codes that I no longer
want? A few were setup that we really don't need.

If you're talking about Enterprise custom fields, then first checkout your
Enterprise Global, then click Tools > Organizer, and in the pane that shows
checked out Enterprise Global, delete the fields you no longer need. Close
the organizer, save the Enterprise Global, Close the Global and exit out of
Project and restart.
