Removing duplicate messages

I have literally thousands of duplicate messages spread over dozens of
folders in Oulook 2003. Is there a built-in method or third-party utility to
find duplicates and delete them?

I licensed the software; it owrked the first time but now doesn't -- and they
have not responded to emails. There is no phone or real tech support. Is
there any other company that offers this kind of software instead?
