Removing Frames

Hi

I got a website which contains frames. Now I want to get
rid of the frames and still use the content. As I want to
change the look.

I just want to convert the pages from frames to non-frames.

Is there a way I can do it from Frontpage2002?

Please suggest. Its a very huge website and it takes lots
of time to rebuild the whole thing.

Change you home page to be a non frameset,
Search and replace or delete all link targets
Create new navigation using Include pages or shared borders
