after using exmerge to create new mail boxes due to corruption my users
cannot access the users calendars using File->Open->Open Other User's Folder.
However, they can when adding the account to their EMail
Accounts->Change->More Settings->Advanced tab. I've given correct permissions
to the user calendars. How can i fix this? Also, how can they get rid of the
dead links under File->Open->Open Other User's Folder?
