removing line at top of endnotes

How do I remove the line that appears at the top of Endnotes? I removed the
"Endnote line separator" but that only removed the first line that appears.
There still is a line at the top of each subsequent page of the endnotes.
How do I get rid of that page top line?

You need to also delete the Endnote Continuation Separator.

That's the Endnote Continuation Separator (the developers apparently never
looked at a book with endnotes). Remove it the same way.
