Removing menu options in outlook 2002

I am wanting to lock end users out of the "tools -
options" from the main menu of outlook. How can I make
this happen?

You can disable them via Group Policy. The Group Policy template for Outlook
is comes with the Office Resource Kit. Tools-> Options has command ID 522
