removing office 2007 trial

i have a new toshiba laptop. i am trying to remiove the trial version of
office 2007 home and student. i want to put my copy of office 2000 on until i
can buy a full version. i go to control panel<programs and features,
highlight office 2007 and click uninstall. a box pops up saying "setup
error". "cannot find a program to uninstall, please contact system
administrator. help please

in the first step it refers to the view menu and sort by "sunject", i dont

Alt+V will get you view menu..
