Removing Office Installation via Group Policy

Hello

We are wishing to remove the installation of MS Office 2002 from all
computers within our head office. we would like to do this as we are moving
to the use of Citrix for appliction deplayment. Instead of visiting each
computer i would like it to be removed the next time that the computer is
installed.

I have been able to do this for installations of software but never
removals. The installation was not done from group policy other wise i could
just reverse the settings etc.

Has anyone actually done this / can anyone point me in the right direction
