If I try to open a worksheet with macros disabled, Excel tells me that
there is an Excel 4.0 macro that can't be disabled. This is an old file
that was originally produced on Mac OS 9.
However, I can't find any trace of such a macro using Office 2004. It
appears to be hiding. How do I remove it?
