Removing or reducing size of Headers and Footers

You can change the size of the font, of course. You can
also delete any paragraphs that are in the
Header/Footer "block." You can change the top and bottom
margin of your document. And under Page Setup,
Headers/Footers, you can select where you want them to
appear.
