Removing Outlook 2007's icon from the notification area completely?

Anyone know if this is possible? I love outlook, but I'm used to
windows mail, so when I see that icon, I keep thinking i've got mail.

I'd be happy to just to have the window minimized as usual, and the
icon to only show up when I actually have mail.

But I'll be damned if I can find an option for it! :(

First, right click the icon in the systray to make sure 'Hide when minimized'
isn't checked, because then it gets tricky to get back in.
Next, right click on the start button, go to Properties, Notification Area,
hit the Customize button, select Microsoft Office Outlook and set it to Hide.

At least, that's how I'd do it. There might be something in Tools Options
too.

Hey there, thanks for the reply :)

Yeah I did consider that, but sadly (i'm anal) that little (icons are
hidden arrow) winds me up almost as much =p
