Removing page border marks for Printing

D

docproc

I am printing a 4 page newsletter on 11x17 paper on a HP 8000. I just
switched printers, with no problems before. I now get a full line box all
the around my pages. How do I remove this box? It reminds me of a text
border, however I have no border there.
Thank you for your help!

According to this page:

I don't see support for full page bleeds, which leads me to believe this is
a limitation of your printer. That is if you mean it's a white line
(margin).

If you are getting a text box black filled line, but don't have any objects
on the page that have a border applied to them, then it's an issue with your
printer driver, which may need updating:

May of 2004 was the latest Windows XP driver release...and they have a
mobile printer driver release from this year.

Or...are you speaking of crop marks? Please be more detailed in your next
reply, including your OS version and Publisher version.
