Removing Resources From Server 2002

How do you delete resources in project server 2002.
These resources are not in the resource pool, but have
accounts in project server. I would like to clear them out
and not just inactivate them.

If the resources have PWA user accounts only, you can merge the unneeded
accounts into a dummy account. You would need to create the dummy PWA
acount first before you can do this. Refer to the following link for
