Removing RSS Feeds on install

Hi,
We are in the process of upgrading all our users from Office 2000/2003 to 2007.
We would like to disable all our users from using RSS Feeds. All I have read is that you can turn them off, but the users can add them in if they choose to.
Is there any way on install or on the Systems end to disable all users from using RSS Feeds?

On install we log in as the user and load up Outlook and choose NO to using RSS Feeds, but they can still go in and subscribe on their own.

Thanks!

You could deploy Office with the Office Customization Tool. Run setup from
the DVD or installation source with the /admin switch. You can create a
template with RSS disabled.
Setting in Features | Modify User Settings | Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 |
Tools/Account Settings | RSS Feeds

Have you provided an alternative source for users to subscribe to RSS feeds?
Is the idea just to keep excess content from mailbox quota?

Thanks a lot, I will check into this.

On a business level, our users have no reason to subscribe to RSS feeds, it is not productive and slows down Outlook. As it is, my users have difficulty keeping their mailboxes at a decent size.
