removing the mouse scroll from going to another record in a form

Hello,

Does anyone know of a way in which when you are looking at a form in access
and using the scroll on your mouse it does not take you to a different
record, I am trying to make it so it takes you down the page of the same
record instead of moving to a different record....please help :/

One solution would be to upgrade to Access 2007. By default it does not have
this annoying behavior, though these a mouse wheel event for those who still
want itL
