Removing themes from pages

Hello,

We are using frontpage for our website only because the owner of the company knows how to use it. I have managed to gain a very poor opinion of the product. ONE basic thing I would like to do is have some pages not include a theme that we are using. I strip all reference to any theme using notepad, but on random acts of accessing the page, the theme and webbots get included into the page. Does anyone know how to fix this? I think frontpage could be a good product, but it just seems to have a mind of it's own.
Thanks,
Dan
P.S. this is a last ditch effort, if I can't do this, I have convinced the owner not to use Frontpage.

Don't delete the tags or edit FP pages outside of FP
Whenever you are using themes you must apply no theme to the page that should not use them
Format Theme select Current Page Only and the No Theme option
The tag in html view will look like
<meta name="Microsoft Theme" content="none">
