Removing Work menu items

In Word 2001, how can I remove menu items from the Work menu on
a Macintosh?

Hi, Mark,

See http://www.mvps.org/word/FAQs/General/WorkMenu.htm. Although this
is written for the Windows version, it should work the same on the Mac
if you translate the Ctrl and Alt keys. And the part about putting a
command on the menu should be exactly the same.
