rename a project with renamer utility

Hello. When you use the renamer tool, do you need to Republish All after
renaming?

Bob,

You don't need to republish all assignment, although I would recommend you
simply publish the project plan (summary and detail information). This will
re-establish the link to open the project in Project Pro from PWA.

If you use WSS and project workspace, make sure you also change the name of
the project workspace to the new name of the project workspace - just to
avoid confusion among users. :)
