rename C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server

I think I may need to rename this, but it tells me access is denied.
it seems to be here the problem is

If you rename it, SQL's bound to fail.

NT correctly denies access because the sql service is probably using files
under that folder, or you don't have permission of modify that folder.

What problem are you trying to solve?
