Rename category at 'Risk'

Hi guys,

Just want to know how to rename the list of category at the Category field
at Risk Menu..i also wanted to add 2 more categories, we have 3 right now and
there are names are generic type (Category 1, Category2 and so on)

Hope you can help me regarding this issue? thanks

To change the risk categories (labels)

Open the WSS site ... select risks from the quick launch bar (on the left)

On the task pane on the left ... go to Modify Settings & Columns

Scroll down to the columns section and click on Cateogry

Under Optional Settings for Column you will see the values ... you can edit
these to meet your needs

Note: as a rule I leave the (1) numbering as there are columns e.g. the
Status field that use this when creating alerts etc.

Hi Chris,

I was able to follow your instruction, but the problem was, it looks like it
doenst save the changes that i made. Thoygh, when i go back to the site
administration, my settings was there. I tried using iisreset and still, the
changes doesnt take effect.
Is there any solution for this?
