Rename MS project server

Hello

MS project 2002 and SQL 2000 are installed in one server
and my company decided to move SQL DB to new server with
same old name and IP while we decided to keep MS project
2002 in the same server but we will change the server name.
So, the question is what changes should I do to make MS
project connect with DB
