Rename RBS value

Are there any negative side-effects to renaming a lookup field value in the
RBS. We have reorganized and one of our groups has been renamed.

If you are renaming an RBS value to something else because the name has
changed but the RBS value still correctly applies to the resources, then
that is OK. All resources associated to the old RBS will immediately
reflect the new RBS value. If that is your intention then you are safe.

If you are changing RBS values to something completely different and the
resources no longer apply to that RBS value then you will need to update the
resource's RBS values and associate them to another RBS value.
