Rename Y axis labels

Is there a way to rename Y axis labels? With excel, I am only able to
use numbers. I would like to replace numbers with text as the
labels. Is there a free plugin out there that would help me with
this?

Basically you need to create a custom axis, check Jon's site for the steps.
