renamed fields incorrect

Hi All,

We've recently renamed the Task Cost1 field to read "Contract Cost" in the
Enterprise Gobal Template. We've published just over 100 projects, about
half have been added after the renaming. When we add this field to a PWA
view. The results are confusing. Firstly, Two columns are visible,
Contract Cost and Cost1 and some of the projects have a value in either one
of these columns. How do I correct the view?

Ask your project managers to open each of their projects and click
Collaborate - Publish - Project Plan. Doing so will result in only one
column being displayed, which will be the Contract Cost column. Every
project manager must do this for every project, otherwise you will be stuck
with the two columns in PWA.

The reason you are seeing two columns is because your PM's published some of
those projects before you renamed the field, so that original field name was
"pushed" out to PWA. After the field was renamed, the remaining projects
that were published "pushed" the new field name out to PWA. Hope this
