renaming categories

A 2007 outlook user has succesfully renamed categories in her main mail box
but on her second one the rename option is greyed out. Any ideas why this
happens? Can you only do it on 1 mailbox?

As far as I know, the Master Category List is only stored in the default
mailbox. So she should be able to rename all of her categories there.
