Renaming Project

Does anybody know how to rename projects in MS Project Server 2003? How to
do this without a lost of the complete history of collaboration?

Two options:

Save the project as a file and use the import wizard to bring it back into
Project Server under a different name
or
Download the Project renaming tool which you can find at
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads
