Renaming

I uploaded a FP web and on a couple of the pages I had started the name with
a cap i.e. "Eatingout" as to what I now think looks better in a URL
"eatingout" (which is correct?) Anyway I cannot rename the pages, I have
changed the name in the navigation pane but it won't let me change it in
folders and it uploads with the cap "E" can anyone help please

Rename Eatingout.htm to eatingout1.htm to eatingout.htm

The reason is that Windows see Eatingout and eatingout as the same, as it is
not case sensitive.
