Given a commencement date of a project, how can I calulcate rent, bearing in
mind that the duration should be one complete year? This means that as the
current date is March, 2007 and the commencement date is Apri, 2005, the rent
is payable for only one year and hence the result of the calculation should
be 1. When it reaches April, 2007, (the due month) the result should be 2.
The same trend should follow for other months as well. PLEASE HELP
