Reoccuring Appts

If I understand your question, what you can do is set a date range for the calendar event in question. Set an end date and then any future events will go away.

Not exactly, I understand how to do the suggestion you are making. The problem I have is that I have reocurring appts in the past where I didn't set the date range. They were set for no end date. Now I want to change to set the date range to end, but when I do that, it deletes all of the historical entries for that appt., and I have many that where exeptions (ie, I moved or added some notes to them etc). It deletes those also. Ideally, I would like to just be able to go in and change it so that it sets the date for future events but keeps all the historical ones intact.
