Reoccuring error message in Outlook

Each time I hit send or receive, I get a pop up warning message, "A program
is trying to access email addresses you have in outlook." In each case I
have to "allow access." How do I make this go way?

You make it go away by removing or updating the application causing the
message. If you're using Word as your email editor, chances are it's Adobe
Acrobat's PDFMaker add-in.
