How do I change the display in my outlook to show the calendar, or a history
of reoccurrances fromt he past? also how do I print these itemized events
that happened in the PAST?

Can you view the old appointments in the Calendar? Or is your problem that
you have AutoArchive turned on and hence cannot see the old appointments?
Look for your Archive.pst folder and if you want to stop archiving turn it
off here: From the toolbar Tools | Options| Other |

When you find the correct folder, you need to highlight that Calendar | File
| Print | set the date range when you print.

A view like "Events" will show everything on your calendar.
