Reocurring appointment by business day

We are trying to set up reocurring appointments, but want them by business
day (to avoid having to move appoinments from the weekends). Can this be
done and if so how?

If you define your Calendar work week to be your business days and then set
the recurrence to be every weekday you should get what you want. It worked
for me.
