Hi All,

is there a way to accomplish that project manegers are not
forced to download the whole enterprise resource pool when
they building a team for their project?

You can create your own filter in the Build Team dialog box. Save that
filter with a name that start with something less than 'A' in ascii so
that it appear as the first and selected filter when you open that dialog.
