Repair won't work in Office 2003,Do I need to reinstall?

Each time I ask for help in office 2003 Pro I get an error message. I have
tried to detect and Repair but it does not work. Do I need to reinstall? will
I lose anything?

I have not tried safe mode. I thought safe mode was for trouble with a
computer, not software.
Any ideas?

Ok,You hit it right on the head, help worked fine in safe mode.
Now what do I do?

it signifies that there is something incompatible in normal mode and
affecting your program.

in safe mode only first party drivers are loaded and
any third party drivers are not.while in normal mode all drivers are loaded.

but it is likely that reinstalling/repairing
the program will do no good for you or it because something
is loaded in your windows are it causing this problem as well
as someother problems that you may or may not be aware of yet.

since i am not sitting at your system, it is hard for me to tell
what is the exact problem. maybe your help is set for online help
or something that your modem or connection is not up to par.

can't really provide any additional help..... sorry and i hope you figure it
out...
