I am using Outlook 2002 and Exchange server 2003. I have two seperate email
acounts that are being stored in the same mailbox on the exchange server. The
exchange account is working fine. The pop account is the problem. Outlook
will download the messages, I will move the messages from the inbox to
another folder, then outlook will sometimes download the messages again into
the inbox as new messages. Under the advanced setting for the pop3 account, I
do leave the messages on the server for three days so that my home machine
and work machine both have a chance to download the messages. Also, this
problem never occured until I moved my mail from a .pst file locally to the
exchange server.
