Server, WS 2K, SP3 on all. NO VIRUSES. Ran patch, MS Office 2000 cannot open
documents over network. MSI file destroyed. Upgraded to SP4, still can't.
Did the patch hose the registry? Why won't uninstalling and reinstalling
Office fix it? Why does Office report no MSI when I try to Detect/Repair
after uninstalling and reinstalling? If this is contained in SP4, why
doesn't upgrading to SP4 fix it?
