Repeat Picture to all pages

On first page of document I have a picture that should not be in header and footer but part of letterhead
How can I have this picture repeat itself from page 1 to all pages of document
I do know header and footer are to be used for repeat on all pages. My letterhead does include a vertical line on the total height of the page. How can I have this vertical line, repeat itself on all pages of the document as part of template or letterhead. This function can be done in other programs. Is it possible to do that with Word?

If the vertical line is part of the header, it will repeat on every page. If
you are using the First Page Header for your letterhead, then you'll need to
add the line to both the First Page Header and the Header.
