Repeat rows when printing Gantt

Tigerabel,
I'm not sure exactly what you mean by the "top row" (i.e. column
headers, Project Summarly Line, etc.). Project will print column headers
on all sheets but other than that, Project does not have some of the
printing features that may be available in other applications.
