Repeat top row

How do I repeat the top row of my spread sheet to the top of every page in
my spread sheet?

You mean when you print the worksheet?

If yes, then...

File|page setup|sheet tab
Click in the "rows to repeat at top"
then use the mouse to select the rows you want repeated.
