Repeating a side bar

I use 2007

I have template with a sidebar that is a small table--No header row

It asks for a No and Date and the text runs vertical

I would like to have it repeated on each page as Headers and Footers do

If it is to contain the same content on every page, you can anchor it to the
header (see http://sbarnhill.mvps.org/WordFAQs/AnchorToHeader.htm), but this
will not work if it is something that must be filled in with different
content on each page.
