Repeating Project Server Errors (PjSvrNPE)

For the past week, we have been receiving these 2 errors in the application
log. They occur ever 30 minutes I know NPE is for the

I just installed Project Server for a client and these errors were showing up
with other problems. I ran through the install again and noticed the service
pack for the sql server was not applied properly. This resolved alot of
errors.
So check if the service pack was applied correctly
Follow website directions carefully when applying the SQL component. It
involves the OSQL.exe command line application and specific syntax for the
UPGDB111.cmd file: UPGDB111.CMD [ServerName] [DatabaseName] [Login] [Password]
If there any published projects, save them to file then import them again.
