I'm trying to create a database to enter employee
evaluations into. We have 5 categories, with each having
from 4 to 12 sub-categories, and then rating fields
(Yes/No) that apply to each sub-category. I want the
group or set of sub-categories to repeat itself as each
year's eval needs to be entered, or as new employees are
hired. Each set of records will need to relate to the
appropriate date. Any help or at least direction to look
in is greatly appreciated!
