I want to count the number of occurances where 'field1' is blank and 'field2'
is not blank. Both fields are contained in a repeating section. I tried using
a conditional rule; however, the count result is always 0. The objective is
to count the number of open issues (Open Date not = blank and Closed Date =
blank).
Any suggestions on how to do this?
