Repeating section limit

I have an InfoPath 2007 browser enabled form with a repeating section. I
need to limit the number of times the user can add the section to four.

Is there any way to do this?

You could do it with code. Try this article:

Note that a repeating section has the same structure as a repeating table
(http://www.bizsupportonline.net/infopath2007/infopath-basics-repeating-control-nodes.htm), so the technique applies to both.
