troubledwith symbols

Several times a day i get repeated symbols such as + signs, - signs, that
repeat down several lines. I can stop it by pressing backspace, but then it
will do the same thing again. This occurs when I'm drafting a Word
documents, and in the document box.

sometimes it is
simply a problem
with the keyboard.

what you might want
to try is to airblow out
the keys or wipe them
down with a cleaner.

some keyboards can
actually be taken
apart exposing more
of areas that might
need a spring cleaning.

however, keyboards
are relatively cheap
to replace and reliable.

what you might want
to do for curiosity sake
is to boot into safemode
and open your word doc
there and write it as normal.

if the issue exists there as
well, then faulty software
can be eliminated, thus
leaving hardware as the
likely cause.

I don't know about you, but my keyboards are not cheap nor easy to replace.
By the time I might need to replace a wireless keyboard, they're using
different wireless signals, so I gotta replace the whole desktop set.

As to the original problem, is speech recognition turned on? Turn it off.
Or mute the microphone.

i've purchased high
end keyboards and
mouse's, wired and
wireless, only to find
that they were made
in china and were of
poor quality and standards,
though the brand name
land the price lead me
to believe otherwise.

the pains in my pocket
book and in-between my
ears has been reduced
greatly with a 10.00
keyboard and a 5.00
mouse have proven to
be more reliable than
the costlier ones.

and when one has very
important documents
to write, there is little
time or patience fiddling
around with an expensive
but crappy keyboard.
