I want to be able to save my template with multiple rows visible that are
part of the same repeating table. I also want to be able to make some of the
fields in the repeating table contain different values for the different rows
that appear.

1000 2 __________
1000 3 __________
So if a user opened up this Journal Entry template, they would have default
cost centers and ideally only need to change the amounts every month when
they go to do this JE.
