repetitive scheduling help please

Can someone please help me to set up my hubbys repetitive work schedule on the calendar all at once instead of day by day

If you are using OutlookXP ( and probably earlier verisons as well), you
might look at recurring appointments. From the menu, select Actions, New
Recurring Appointment....
